We’ve upheld our heritage of Ayrshire provenance, craft butchery skills and traditional recipes since 1870, butchering only the finest pigs, born and reared in Scotland, and hand-selected for us by the same farming families for over 100 years. Today, we are the only family business in the county who still produce authentic Ayrshire bacon. All our sausages are prepared to traditional family recipes and boast a minimum of 65% pork content to ensure a full, meaty flavour.
