In a mixing bowl, add the soy sauce and honey and stir to combine.

Coat the banana pieces in the soy mix.

Cover and place in a fridge to chill for 30 minutes.

Cut the middle bacon into lengths long enough to wrap around the banana pieces (approx. 8cm).

Remove the banana pieces from the marinade, and wrap each one with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.

Place on a baking sheet and place under a pre-heated grill for approx 12-15 minutes.

Baste with the marinade about half-way through and cook until bacon is cooked and crispy.

Whilst they’re under the grill, prepare the mayonnaise dip by combining the mayonnaise and curry powder in a small bowl.
9.
Serve with the mayonnaise dip and a garnish of fresh coriander.
